COTW (W/C: 10/08/2015): Nebula Dragon, Big Crunch Dragon

[Stride(Released when both players' vanguards are grade 3 or greater!)-Stride Step-[Choose one or more cards with the sum of their grades being 3 or greater from your hand, and discard them] Stride this card on your (VC) from face down.
[ACT](VC)[1/Turn]:[Counter Blast (1) & Choose a face down card named "Nebula Dragon, Big Crunch Dragon" from your G zone, and turn it face up] If the number of face up cards in your G zone is two or more, choose one of your opponent's rear-guards, lock all of your opponent's rear-guards in the same column as that unit, and those cards cannot be unlocked during his or her next end phase.
(The locked card is turned face down, and cannot do anything. It turns face up at the end of the owner's turn.)

We come to the end of Sovereign Star Dragon this week with Link Joker, you were expecting Amnesty Messiah, and while good and exceptional in the mirror match, I propose Nebula Dragon, Big Crunch Dragon to the better card in general.
Omega Locking a column the the GB2 stage of the game for counterblast 1, and also with a means or working around resist units, this is a unit that limits the opponent's options and give you a theoretical soft +1 by having to guard one less, will he finish the game? Possibly not, but he is spashable in any deck and will help you towards winning. Atop which, toss in Star-vader, Chaos Breaker Dragon or Alter Ego Messiah for more gain when the locks expire, of which the former is much more devestating to opponent, tuning into a +2 per lock as you retire their unit while you draw, or follow on next turn by performing legion with Dark Zodiac to extend the omega locks, maybe use Venom Dancer for more attacks.

This is a card that give options for multiple following combo pieces, and it is because Big Crunch Dragon supports this kind of versatility that I'm giving him the last COTW spot, for this set.

Decklist coming next, also posting today as it's Thursday already.  I'll deal with overdue decklists in the coming weeks as I am not covering Bermuda Triangle sorry folks, but that's one clan I have no knowledge in how to play. And since my CFA machine as packed up, leading me to post this from my back-up, I can't test to learn.
